The principals of Microliviano combine a wealth of construction knowledge and experience. Their president, Jesus Carvallo, has built hi-rise buildings in Latin America, townhouses in Palm Beach County, and planned mid-rise condominiums in Palm Beach County. His areas of expertise are financial and future planning and product development and buyer relations. Gustavo Larrazabal, Construction Manager, brings experience and has been involved in construction and planning for over 15 years. Victor Carvallo, (Co-Owner), is involved in the planning and marketing of the Microliviano communities, Luis Carballo, Sales Manager, oversees all sales operations for the company, Johnny Alvarado, Construction Supervisor, supervises the daily operations of the construction and subcontractors, Juan Ramon Carvallo, Architect, has just joined the company and brings world class design and innovation to the company.
